2017 Nordheim Vögelein Silvaner Spätlese feinherb Franconia, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Slightly muted nose, nutty, light vegetal notes and dried herbs, retrained yellow fruit, touch of exotic fruit, hint of asparagus. Straightforward, fairlysoft, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, very elegant, lively acidity, hint of bacon and mushrooms,, light grip, fairly persistent, integrated tannins, still slightly astringent, hint of tobacco, salty traces, very good, slightly astringent finisdh.
