Yeasty nose, delicate nutty notes, hint of bacon, pomaceous fruit and red berries, wilted flowers. Delicately sweetish fruit on the palate, smoky, nutty, yeasty and vegetal notes, medium-fine mousse, fairly persistent, hint of mushrooms in the background, light floral notes, metallic traces, light grip, good to very good, fairly tart finish.
