Yeasty, delicately herbaceous-vegetable and a little nutty fragrance with yellow fruity aromas, but also a hint of black berries. Nutty, yeasty and noticeably vegetable also in the mouth, fine mousseux, some grip and a certain enamel, slightly smoky to woody tones on the palate, good persistence, completely dry style, still slightly cheesy traces, a touch of tobacco, good substance, clearly mushrooms, very good, firm finish
