2015 Pinot Blanc Brut, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Delicate yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, light vegetal and floral aromas, ripe yellow fruit. Sweetish, slightly creamy, warm, ripe fruit on the palate, nutty and yeasty aromas, fairly fine, rather moderate mousse, good substance and persistence, hint of tobaccvo, metallic traces, some grip, medium body, warm and sweetish on a good to very good finish. Really does not need the significant dosage.
