Yellow-gold colour. Nutty notes and yellow spice on the nose, ripe, partly dried yellow fruit, herbaceous traces, particularly bay leaf, hint of caraway seed and some mushrooms, mineral notes. Ripe, tart, juicy, firm fruit on the palate, nutty, peppery and light floral notes, some yellow spice, elegant, lively acidity, noticeable tannic grip, prominent salty, chalky mineral notes, persistent, good depth and substance, quite complex, full body, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, but also has fresh notes, some grip on a very good, juicy, spicy, mineral finish.
