Translate to English Recht kühle, etwas vegetabile und zart pilzige Nase mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen und mineralisch-erdigen Beitönen. Klare, herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, ganz leicht nussig-altholzige und auch wieder vegetabile Aromen, feine Säure, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und Substanz am Gaumen, mineralische Töne, nicht allzu tief, guter, ganz leicht trocknender Abgang.
