Translate to English Leicht brotige und rauchig-würzige Nase von teils kandierten gelben Früchten mit Tönen von Heilkräutern. Leicht gebrannte, hefewürzige Noten, dazu getrocknete Kräuter, süße, aber auch etwas bitterliche und herbe Mostapfelfrucht, passende Säure, hat gewisse Kraft und auch Substanz, Anklänge an kandierte Zesten im ganz leicht rauen, guten Abgang.
