Warmer, nuttier and slightly buttery-caramel scent of root vegetables and a little yellow fruits with delicate smoky traces. Firm in the mouth, relatively bright fruit with bitter, smoky and slightly tobacco-like wood spice, fine acidity, grip of ripe tannin, persistent on the palate, strong in alcohol, but also with cooling salty-mineral and ethereal notes, a hint of herbs, smoky notes, very good, although again slightly alcohol-sharp finish with a hint of cream caramel.
