2020 Chardonnay, Rheingau, Germany

Somewhat dried planty and nutty scent with citrus and pome fruit aromas as well as mushroomy traces in the background. Ripe, somewhat warm, melting, quite juicy fruit, nutty aromas, a hint of buttery caramel on the palate, delicately smoky, quite fine acidity and some grip, good persistence, red berry traces, noticeable alcohol, vegetal tones, very good, warm finish.
