Translate to English Fester, etwas nussiger und zart holziger Duft nach Kernobst und reifen Zitrusfrüchten mit feinen kräuterig-vegetabilen und auch mineralischen Anklängen. Reintönig, feinsaftig und geschliffen im Mund, straff gewirkte, herbe Frucht mit lebendiger Säure, zart rauchige und holzige Nuancen am Gaumen, noch etwas hefig, gute Nachhaltigkeit und Tiefe, eleganter Stil, im Hintergrund deutliche Mineralik, sehr harmonisch und schon jetzt animierend, dabei noch jung, sehr guter, kühler, feinsaftiger Abgang mit moderater Würze und zartem Schmelz. Darf reifen.
