Firm, a little dried-vegetable and fleshy-animal aroma of predominantly black berries with a hint of paprika, pepper and cedary traces. Ripe, firm, tart dark fruit, again a little paprika spice, also some cocoa and pepper, quite firm, youthful, yet fine tannin, good persistence on the palate, certain power, tobacco and cedary nuances, some salt in the background, still young, very good, again firm, spicy and tangy finish with ethereal traces
