Firm, somewhat toasty-spicy aroma with distinct green-vegetable aromas, quite fresh yellow-fruity tones and a little mustard cucumber. Relatively firm, rather reserved fruit, slightly smoky woody tones, a little yeast and again clearly vegetable aromas, noticeable, somewhat drying tannins, good persistence and substance, mineral tones in the background, bacon-like nuances, delicately mushy, good to very good, smoky finish with light wood aromas
