Light yeasty notes on the nose, ripe apples and citrus aromas, herbaceous and vegetal traces. Dry ripe fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty notes, prominent nutty notes, fairly fine mousse, good persistence, harmonious, good grip, good finish.
