Slightly tobacco, nutty and somewhat vegetal to herbaceous nose with pomaceous and stone fruit notes as well as a hint of smoke and sea buckthorn. Straightforward, not quite dry fruit with nuances reminiscent of hibiscus and nutmeg, lively acidity, aniseed and hints of sour cherries in the background, has some grip, a certain persistence, salty and chalky tones, good, slightly smoky and tannin-dry finish.
