Fairly firm, cool, somewhat nutty and vegetal to ethereal-herbal nose of yellow fruit with a hint of almonds, artichokes and dark berries. Polished, tart, juicy fruit with nuances reminiscent of eucalyptus and egg white, lively, yet fine acidity, light tannic grip, some persistence, salty minerality, hints of mussel shells and a touch of walnut, has power, light, somewhat smoky wood tones, very good finish with a certain alcohol warmth.
