Tart, quite firm, somewhat dried-vegetable and delicately nutty aroma with citrus and stone fruit aromas as well as floral and yeasty traces. Quite juicy, relatively bright fruit, nutty hints of yeasty and delicately smoky tones, fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, vegetal nuances on the palate, some melting, a touch of butter, floral nuances again, very good, fine-juicy finish.
