Editor note: Somewhat planty, floral and a hint of smoky fragrance with light yellow fruity aromas. Bright, sweet fruit, lively acidity, herbal and floral nuances, some touch, some persistence, mineral notes, a hint of red berries, good to very good, quite juicy finish with some touch

The growing region is located in the state of Hesse in Germany. The vineyards cover 3,211 hectares of vineyards starting at the Untermain east of Wiesbaden and extending about 50 kilometers along the right bank of the Rhine to Lorch north of Rüdesheim. The wine route "Rheingauer Riesling-Route" runs along the right bank from Lorch to Hochheim.
