Almost cool red berry nose with a little dried herbs, a touch of black berries and ethereal-peppery nuances. Tight, tart, quite juicy fruit with dried-vegetable, herbal and slightly yeasty notes, lively acidity, metallic minerality, a hint of smoke, good persistence, again ethereal-peppery aromas, good to very good, tight, tart finish with bite and hints of blood. Quite own, characterful, versatile food companion
