Slightly developed, firm, somewhat mushroomy, nutty and vegetal to dried-herbal nose of ripe yellow fruit with a hint of bacon. Quiet, quite firm fruit with delicate sweetness and delicately creamy, fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, hints of rhubarb and caramel, nutty wood tones and some herbal spice in the background, certain depth, chalky and a little chalky minerality, very good, slightly warm finish with grip and dried-vegetable and nutty tones.
