Vegetal and slightly nutty scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, a hint of fennel and mushrooms. Warm, melting fruit, again vegetal aromas, nutty and smoky tones and some roasted fennel, some grip, fine acidity, good persistence, has power and melting, salt in the background, slightly noticeable alcohol, some yellow spice, also ethereal nuances, very good, warm, tangy finish.
