2019 Brut Nature Blanc de Noir (Deg.: 03/24), Ahr, Germany

Youthful, vegetal, nutty, yeasty nose reminiscent of mushrooms with restrained citrus and pome fruit aromas. Slender, completely dry fruit, yeasty and fresh vegetal tones, again also mushrooms, present acidity, lively, almost medium-fine mousse, citrus zest in the background, a hint of dark berries, good to very good finish.
