2017 Blanc de Noir, Handwerk, Ahr, Germany

Yeasty and nutty notes on the nose, hint of bread, floral traces, hint of bacon and mushrooms, pomaceous and stone fruit. Light-bodied, fairly cool and slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty traces, hint of red berries, elegant, lively acidity, citrus fruit and mint in the background, light integrated tannins, fairly persistent, hint of white pepper, not particularly deep, light mineral notes, fresh style, good to very good finish.
