cool, polished nose, red and a few black berries, floral and herbaceous notes, hint of juniper and mineral notes. Clear, tart, fairly dark fruit on the palate, earthy and dried vegetal notes, light toasted oak, hint of tobacco and cocoa, earthy and mineral notes in the background, still slightly muted, nutty, spicy, slightly smoky oak again on a good to very good, elegant, juicy finish.
