Candied citrus fruit and some stone fruit on the nose, herbaceous and prominent mineral notes, hint of honey, prominent spicy oak and light roasted notes. Quite cool on the palate, restrained roasted oak with some nougat, elefant fruit and prominent mineral notes, vegetal and herbaceous notes, quite polished, sweetish tart spicy notes, good persistence, very elegant and refreshing acidity, harmonious, good finish.
