Lively nose, partly candied pomaceous fruit and dried citrus fruit, candied nuts, herbaceous notes, light spicy oak. Delicately sweet, juicy fruit on the palate, candied nuts, spicy oak, delicate hint of caramel, some more candied yellow fruit, very elegant acidity, good persistence, quite full-bodied, but also fairly lively, yeasty notes, good to very good finish.
