passito Ambrosia, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Partly dried and candied pomaceous fruit on the nose, delicate oxidative notes, prominent vegetal notes. Tart spicy and nutty notes on the palate, fairly restrained, moderately sweet fruit, light oak, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, quite full-bodied, not particularly deep, prominent spice, noticeable alcohol, good finish.
