passito Ambrosia, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Dried pomaceous fruit and some citrus notes on the nose, herbaceous notes, spicy caramel and almonds, delicate smoky note. Slightly smoky again on the palate, bitter caramel notes and some coffee, some more dried pomaceous fruit, herbaceous and vegetal notes, elegant acidity, candied nuts, medium body, very light oxidative touch, has some depth, hint of mocha on a good finish.
