Light pomaceous fruit and citrus on the nose, prominent vegetal and delicate earthy notes, yeasty traces. Clear fruit on the palate, spicy vegetal and yeasty notes, light nutty touch, fairly fine mousse, quite creamy, has some persistence, harmonious, typical and pleasant to drink, good substance, slightly off-dry on a good finish.
