Brut Carlet, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Citrus and apple notes on the nose, vegetal notes, floral traces. Fairly soft fruit on the palate, not totally dry, vegetal notes and a light tannic touch, medium-fine mousse, not particularly deep, but pleasant to drink, already fairly mature, attractive to good finish.
