Partly dried pomaceous fruit on the nose, light yeasty notes and caramel, herbs and spices. Elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, not totally dry, elegant spice and some more delicate caramel, very fine, almost silky mousse, yeasty traces, good persistence, very harmonious and refreshing, very good finish.
