Firm, relatively cool, somewhat almondy and vegetal to herbaceous nose, yellow fruit with a hint of red berries and delicate cereal notes. Clear, juicy citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of raspberries and redcurrants, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, white pepper in the background, good cereal and a hint of protein, salty minerality, very good finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
