2019 Colli Bolognesi DOC "Magnificat", Emilia Romagna, Italy

Slightly developed, quite firm, clearly vegetal, somewhat nutty and mushroomy nose of yellow fruit with a hint of dried herbs and bacon. Clear, tart, ripe fruit with delicately creamy, a hint of candy and medicinal herbs, fine acidity, has a grip of ripe tannin, some persistence, salty and earthy tones, yellow, slightly woody spice, very good finish, again with grip.
