2017 Colli Bolognesi DOC Barbera Frizzante, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Tart nose, light herbaceous aromas, hint of bacon, mixed berries and cherries, floral traces, light peppery spice. Clear, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty and herbaceous notes, some almonds, medium-fine mousse, floral, vegetal and herbaceous traces, good persistence, very slightly chalky in the background, light grip, hint of tobacco, good to very good finish.
