Firm aroma of ripe black berries with floral, leathery and herbal notes, a hint of bacon, fleshy-animalic nuances, pepper, juniper and bread bark. Ripe, firm, juicy dark fruit, some smoky and roasted notes, a hint of dark chocolate, juniper and peppery spice, present, ripe tannin and some bite, good substance and persistence, again a little bread bark, bacony-meaty tones, black olives in the background, a hint of soy sauce, very good, firm finish with tart juice and slightly smoky spice.
