2009 passito Ambrosia, Emilia Romagna, Italy

Clear nose, dried yellow fruit, some caramel and a touch of dark honey. Straightforward, dried fruit again on the palate, sweet and at the same time tart and spicy, delicate hint of wax in the background, nutty traces, earthy and mineral notes, persistent and has some depth, quite firm and full-bodied, but also has cool elements, harmonious, very good finish.
