Yellow fruit on the nose, hint of grapefruit peel, some peppers. Vegetal notes, slightly stalky yellow fruit with notes of elderberry flowers, braised green peppers and some bitter herbs, moderate, integrated acidity, shows its origins as well as its varietal character, individualistic, light tannic touch on an attractive finish.
