Prominent black berries on the nose, light earthy and burnt notes, herbs and spices, light smoky and roasted notes. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, black fruit, herbaceous notes, some more earthy notes, tart licorice, fairly prominent but relatively fine tannins, good persistence, light acid bite, has some depth, still quite youthful, good to very good finish.
