Translate to English Deutlich pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger und ein wenig an Krustentiere erinnernder Duft mit erst verhaltenen, mit Luft deutlicheren, zitrusbetonten gelbfruchtigen Aromen und ein wenig Wurzelgemüse. Klare, lebendige, herb-saftige Frucht mit einigem Säurebiss, hefigen Noten, deutlich Kräutern und etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, ein Hauch Gummi, recht frisch, auch hier mit Luft deutlich mehr Saft, mineralische Noten, guter bis sehr guter, klarer, kühler Abgang mit Biss.
