Cool, somewhat almondy and fresh vegetal to herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit with light smoky and delicate floral notes. Clear, juicy, not completely dry fruit with slightly black berry and minty flavours, lively acidity, delicate grip, some persistence, salty and almost stony minerality, smoke and blackcurrant leaves in the background, very good finish with bite
