Somewhat nutty, vegetal to herbal and hints of mushroomy pomaceous and stone fruit on the nose, with a hint of bacon. Clear, not quite dry fruit with delicately creamy, slightly nutty wood notes and hints of juniper, suitable acidity, has some grip and persistence, salty tones, good to very good finish.
