Leicht süßliche Frucht mit gewissem Holzbitter, rauchige, getrocknet-pflanzliche bis tabakige und erdige Noten, ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, eingeschränkte Substanz, aber merklicher Alkohol, im Abgang wieder süßlich und bitter zugleich.
