Pomaceous fruit on the nose, nutty and very light light tobacco notes, vegetal and mushroomy traces, some wax and a hint of bacon. Relatively tart fruit with vegetal, mushroomy and somewhat nutty to woody tones, relatively fine acidity, moderate tannins, ashy and tobacco nuances, salt in the background, some alcohol warmth, but also cooling elements, very slightly drying on a good to very good finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2025+. What our ratings mean
