Somewhat yeasty, nutty and slightly floral pome fruit scent with a hint of tobacco and dark bread crust. Ripe, rather tightly knit, rather tart fruit, yeasty and clearly nutty aromas, hints of smoke, again also a hint of tobacco, medium-fine perlage, moderate grip, good persistence, a hint of mushrooms in the background, hints of sweet melting, very good, again nutty and slightly smoky finish with tart spiciness.
