Relatively cool, somewhat minty, bacony and vegetal nose, partly preserved mixed berries with a hint of juniper. Polished, juicy fruit with nuances reminiscent of blackcurrants and pepper, nutty wood tones in the background, crumbly, still youthful tannins, some persistence, almost stony minerality, hints of sour cherries on a very good finish.
