Somewhat developed, dried-vegetable and clearly stalky-animal scent with a little charcoal, warm aromas of predominantly dark berries and a hint of cherries. Tart fruit with earthy-vegetable, smoky and woody notes, crumbly-sandy tannins, ashy tones, again also a little stable, not too deep, already a little developed, slightly bitter, some acid bite, good, tart, somewhat drying and sooty finish.
