Tart nose with prominent vegetal notes, green apple and citrus notes, juniper and elderberry notes. Creamy and dry on the palate, quite tranquil, prominent spicy vegetal notes, some elderberry, very elegant acidity, slightly noticeable alcohol, not particularly deep, attractive finish.
