Somewhat ethereal-herbal, green-nutty and fine-vegetable aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of wild berries and bacon. Warm, firm fruit with delicately creamy, a hint of mussels and hints of fermented garlic, fine, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, clear minerality, also has cool elements despite the high alcohol content, chanterelles and juniper in the background, hints of caramel in the very good, only then also somewhat alcohol-strong finish.
