Quite firm citrus-pome fruit scent with herbal-vegetable, hints of yeasty and also mineral notes. Clear, tight, tangy fruit with power but also a certain coolness, quite lively acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, mountain herbs on the palate, clear minerality, persistent, noticeable but integrated alcohol, certain depth, very good, firm, tangy finish with bite and salt. Very skilful.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
