2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Noir Riserva, Alto Adige, Italy

Slightly smoky, tobacco and nutty aroma of ripe black and red berries with a hint of dried mushrooms, dried vegetal nuances, almost a hint of tar and bacony notes. Powerful in the mouth, ripe, partly preserved fruit and again clear, smoky, nutty and tobacco wood spice, some acid bite on the palate, relatively present, crumbly-sandy tannin, good persistence, plummy notes, tomato paste and dried mushrooms in the background, some salt, chocolate and coffee, very good finish with warming alcohol and cooling mineral and herbal notes.
