Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, nutty and a little mushroomy scent with restrained yellow fruity aromas, delicate floral hints as well as nuances reminiscent of aubergine. Clear, firm, not quite dry citrus fruit with a hint of wax, lively acidity, delicate tannic grip, good persistence, mint and a hint of pepper in the background, salty and chalky minerality, very good, quite tight and animating finish.
